At Carnaval Ice, we’re committed to ensuring that our operations meet the stringent food safety principles espoused in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system and in Canada’s internationally recognized Food Safety Enhancement Program. Certification of compliance with HACCP standards indicates that Carnaval Ice has successfully completed an audit, conducted in August 2012, by Bureau de Normalisation du Québec (BNQ), the certification organization recognized by the Standards Council of Canada.
